1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: R100–R150 for orders under R1000. Free shipping for orders over R1000. Pretoria deliveries: R50.
Delivery Time:
• 2–5 business days (major metro areas)
• 5–10 business days (regional/remote)
Express Shipping: R120–R150 | 1–3 business days (select areas only)

Orders processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking information sent via email or SMS once dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods
Reliable courier services with full tracking provided.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Delivery available only within South Africa.
No deliveries to PO Boxes or restricted areas.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Contact us within 7 days if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
